
Oh ,summer is here and I got many nice outfits but still can't wear because of my weight ,it's not that horrible anymore but also not satisfying 2 me .It's really hard 2 keep eating very small portions of certain foods and be completely deprived of others especially chocolate,nuts and ice-cream.....really hard.Anyway,I know how to lose more weight but I'm kind of lazy or not enthusiastic about it .It's really stupid 2 keep feeling guilty all the time but that's what happens everytime I eat something delicious but FORBIDDEN 4 those who put on weight easily like myself ...well,i'm writing this to make a pledge and a promise to try harder and exert more serious effort 2 continue what I started.
